{"id":23450,"date":"2020-04-22T07:09:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-22T10:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infobioquimica.com\/new\/?p=23450"},"modified":"2020-04-15T08:25:16","modified_gmt":"2020-04-15T11:25:16","slug":"aumentan-la-produccion-de-un-farmaco-que-podria-ser-efectivo-contra-el-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infobioquimica.com\/new\/2020\/04\/22\/aumentan-la-produccion-de-un-farmaco-que-podria-ser-efectivo-contra-el-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Aumentan la producci\u00f3n de un f\u00e1rmaco que podr\u00eda ser efectivo contra el Covid-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Investigadores de la Universidad Northwestern (Estados Unidos) y la Universidad ShanghaiTech (China) han aumentado la producci\u00f3n de la mol\u00e9cula valinomicina, la cual ha demostrado ser efectiva para eliminar el SARS-CoV, un \u00abprimo gen\u00e9tico\u00bb del nuevo coronavirus, en cultivos celulares.<\/p><p>En concreto, los expertos, cuyo trabajo ha sido publicado en la revista &#8216;Metabolic Engineering&#8217;, han aumentado los rendimientos de producci\u00f3n m\u00e1s de 5.000 veces en solo unos pocos ciclos  de dise\u00f1o r\u00e1pidos, logrando concentraciones de la mol\u00e9cula m\u00e1s altas que las logradas  previamente en las c\u00e9lulas.<\/p><p>\u00abDebido a que utilizamos sistemas libres de c\u00e9lulas, podemos optimizar la producci\u00f3n m\u00e1s  r\u00e1pido que en las c\u00e9lulas para aumentar a\u00fan m\u00e1s los rendimientos.
